Refund Policy

Therapy sessions and assessments are scheduled by appointment. Clients are requested to provide 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without prior notification, may be charged at the full session fee.

If a client arrives late for a scheduled appointment, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent appointments. The full consultation fee will remain applicable.

Consultation fees are charged for the professional time and services provided during a session. As such, completed sessions are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
